I have been playing the Bassoon since June 2007, and study at Wells Cathedral School, a music specialist school in Somerset with Peter Harrison. I have big passion for Contemporary Instrumental Music and an idol that I really look up to and admire which is a French Bassoonist called Pascal Gallois. Some highlights of my career so far are playing the Bassoon solo from Shostakovich's 9th symphony, performing a mini-concerto a friend of mine wrote for me, playing the Contrabassoon solo from Ravel's Mother Goose and writing a piece for myself and my friend as we were both huge Contemporary music fans.
