I am a college Freshmen attending the University of Kentucky under Peter Simpson. I have played the Bassoon for 7 years now and I love every moment of it. I have played as principal Bassoonist for the Central Kentucky Youth Orchestra's for 3 years now and I have been a member of numerous honor bands across the state and in the Country. My repretoire includes that of Villa-Lobos, Pierne, Vivaldi, Weber, and Hindemith. I plan on being a professional musician someday. I would like to either conduct at a college or professional level and be a musician in an international orchestra or ensemble. |
