Lisa Quick is a bassoonist, conductor and teacher. Ms. Quick earned a Master of Music in Bassoon Pedagogy from Belmont University (Nashville) where she performed as principal bassoonist. Ms. Quick is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans (Bachelor of Music Education, 1996) and the U.S. Armed Forces School of Music, and served as a Bassoon Player in the U.S. Army for the First Cavalry Division (1997-2000).
Ms. Quick has amassed a wealth of comprehensive experience in music performance including full orchestra, concert band/wind ensemble, folk/bluegrass orchestra, chamber groups, opera and musical theatre.
Lee currently performs with concert bands and orchestras in the Los Angeles area, including the LA Symphonic Winds and the Huntington Beach Symphony Orchestra. She has performed with the Lake Charles Symphony and Rapides Symphony Orchestras (Louisiana) and served as principal bassoonist with the Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra. |
